Senior Art Director

A Senior Art Director at Ogilvy Health is a visionary leader who drives creative excellence in the Art Department. Collaborating with a multi-functional team, they own their brands, support others, and push the boundaries of design. They mentor fellow Art Directors and Junior Art Directors, fostering growth and development within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute layouts that deliver on project objectives
  • Provide creative rationales for design pieces and ensure consistency across brands
  • Manage the evolution of brands from a creative perspective
  • Collaborate with copywriters to deliver on creative execution and find solutions to challenges
  • Review layouts prior to release and back up Art Directors on their brands
Requirements
  • 6+ years' experience in an agency or similar environment
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of Figma/Sketch
  • Background in developing print and digital pieces, and campaigns
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Dynamic thinking with creative flair
