Job Title: Executive Chef

Ustaad G 76 Maple Ridge is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality meals to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and physical stamina. As an Executive Chef, you will be expected to work in a team environment, managing kitchen operations and supervising staff.
