Job Title: Executive Chef

Ustaad G 76 Maple Ridge is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train our culinary team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional food quality.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality in our kitchen, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our kitchen inventory effectively, minimizing waste and ensuring we have the necessary ingredients to meet customer demand.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
