Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 426889 BC LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment, coffee shop, fast food outlet or concession, restaurant.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of pressure.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
