Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Trail Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Supply Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure efficient resource allocation and minimize financial losses.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
