Culinary Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Develop and manage menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Conduct inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure efficient operations

- Monitor kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduation certificate and relevant culinary experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts
Work Environment and Conditions:
- 40 hours per week in a fast-paced kitchen environment
