Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Windays Partners Inc. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment
    • Work under pressure

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a permanent position. The language of work is English.
