Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Huckleberry's Cafe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality customer service.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffLead and motivate a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Inventory Management and ControlEstimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring that ingredients and supplies are always available to meet customer demand.
Quality Control and AssuranceMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
Customer Service and RelationsAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and respected.
Reporting and Record-KeepingPrepare and submit accurate and timely reports, maintaining detailed records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same.
