Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and direct a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food service delivery.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Inventory Management and Reporting

Estimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Administrative Tasks

Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates to management.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Personal Qualities

Flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
