Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2129337 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffLead and direct a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food service delivery.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Inventory Management and ReportingAccurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as needed.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
Personal SuitabilityFlexibility, team player, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
