Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and direct a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food service delivery.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Inventory Management and Reporting

Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as needed.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Personal Suitability

Flexibility, team player, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
