About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Innovator to join our Authoring Team at SurveyMonkey. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to innovate and improve our survey-taking experience, delivering a modern and interactive experience for customers and survey takers.

Job Description
  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new features in the survey response experience that drive customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Work independently with a high degree of autonomy and ownership to execute projects.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and the research and design team to align business and customer experience goals.
  • Make data-informed decisions using research and data to understand user behavior and key metrics.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Product/UX Design, 5+ years in SaaS.
  • 5+ years of proven experience designing customer-facing applications with demonstrable skills in interaction, motion, and visual design.
  • Experience building products in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Experience working with agile development methodology.
  • Passion for design and developing best-in-class solutions to UX, UI, visual, prototyping, and interaction challenges.
Benefits
