Your Role:

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a critical part in contributing to the long-term retention of net2phone Canada clients.

Your primary goal will be to exceed client expectations, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure seamless order fulfillment in accordance with our internal SLA.

You will work closely with Client Services teams to provide exceptional support, ensuring clients receive top-notch service in a friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfilling client requests accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborating with Client Services teams to resolve issues promptly
  • Managing client configurations with precision and attention to detail
  • Processing orders for additional services, ports, and account suspensions
  • Assisting with account configurations, rebuilds, and fixes
  • Coordinating out-going shipments and processing hardware returns
  • Managing inventory and assisting with CSM contracts and billing
