Client Success Director for Sales Performance Management

We are seeking an experienced SPM Client Director to join our team at Spaulding Ridge. As a key member of our sales performance management practice, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, serving as a functional expert, and driving sales efforts to bring in new clients and expand existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading client engagements and serving as project lead and functional expert.
- Using functional expertise to advise on client business processes, including sales planning, territory management, quota setting, incentive compensation, sales analytics, and other similar processes.
- Building and coaching our SPM team with a focus on client success, working with a diverse team of consultants and architects.
- Bringing best practices to the table for project implementations.
Requirements
Candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of prior work experience, ideally in sales performance management consulting and/or sales operations role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to define, influence, and drive change at executive levels and across the broader community of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in translating customer business needs into dynamic solutions providing best-in-class value for our clients.
