The Role

We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our dynamic B2B Client Success team, focusing on Embedded Partnerships. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire client journey, from implementation and onboarding to ongoing account management, ensuring clients receive exceptional support and outstanding service.

Your key responsibilities will include building lasting, trust-based relationships, leading complex implementation projects, user engagement strategies, and strategic account reviews. Identifying upsell opportunities will drive program success and client satisfaction, while advancing your career in a rapidly growing industry.
