Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to our team, including arranging travel, setting up and maintaining information filing systems, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
* Prepare expense and income reports, and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records.
* Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, and carry out administrative and clerical activities.
* Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, and document and prepare invoices and work orders.
* Co-ordinate and monitor conference and meeting activities, and attend to related details.
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes.
Requirements:
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
* Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
* Ability to work with Sage Accounting Software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and other computer applications.
