About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategy Director to join our dynamic team at The Cigna Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our product strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and driving growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, leveraging market analysis, customer insights, and industry trends to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new products and services, ensuring seamless integration with existing offerings.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations to inform product development.
  • Lead the development of product roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to create effective positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including partners and vendors, to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, and work with the product delivery team to drive initiatives that support our key strategic growth pillars.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business or a related field; MBA or Product Management certification is an asset.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of collaboration and influence in cross-functional teams, with the ability to resolve tensions and lead to successful outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to executive leaders.
