Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Forbest Academy Inc. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to record release.
  • Co-ordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to multitask.
  • Adaptable and a team player.
