The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Senior Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Evaluating daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including minutes and action items.
  • Scheduling appointments and confirming bookings in a timely manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Overseeing the preparation of reports and maintaining accurate records of inventory and supplies.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong knowledge of calendar management and email software.
