Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization. Key Responsibilities
  1. Store Operations
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, processing, and merchandising products.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling and banking procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and secure store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Customer Experience
  • Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and direct in-store team members to ensure optimal customer service.
Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Inventory Management
  • Manage store inventory levels, including ordering and receiving products.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve inventory turnover.
Requirements
  1. Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
