Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in various tasks, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Sales and Profitability: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Staff Development: Provide coaching and training to store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum Age: 18 years old.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience: Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
