Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in various tasks, and driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Develop and implement strategies to ensure exceptional Guest Services, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including managing inventory, controlling expenses, and maintaining accurate records.
- Staff Development: Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide exceptional Guest Services.
- Merchandising and Inventory Control: Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability, including maintaining accurate inventory levels and controlling shrinkage.
Requirements:
- Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
