The Front End Supervisor at Pete's Frootique plays a vital role in ensuring the exceptional customer experience and operational efficiency of our store's front end. This leadership position requires a strong passion for delivering high-quality service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Front End and Admin teams to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store appearance, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure efficient cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Cash and Admin teams to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and optimize store operations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
