Job Title: Executive Office Coordinator
About Us: At Reden Clean Ltd., we strive to provide exceptional cleaning services, maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our clients. We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role: As an Executive Office Coordinator at Reden Clean Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office administrative procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities and ensuring that established procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, administering policies and procedures related to record release requests under government access to information and privacy legislation, assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, and providing diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees. Additionally, you will provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth and cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.

Requirements:
  1. You should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  2. At least one year of experience in a similar role or industry would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability. A high level of proficiency in English is required, as this is the primary language used in the workplace. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
