- Education: University degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of leading HR initiatives and programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and confidence in key stakeholders. Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing HR team.
