Director, Human Resources

Tim Hortons Foundation Camps is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our senior leadership team as Director, Human Resources. This key role will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic and operational plans to achieve key performance targets through the establishment of enhanced HR practices supporting the execution of operational functions and a galvanized Foundation team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Foundation's vision, mission, and values
  • Lead the HR function, including talent management, performance management, training and development, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and communicate the Foundation's organizational culture, vision, and strategy
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Manage HR budgets and resources
Requirements:
  • University/College degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • CHRL or CHRE certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a non-profit organization
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual French/English skills an asset
