We are a dynamic food service company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Analysis and Management

Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing strategies to increase revenue.

Menu Planning and Pricing

Collaborate with our culinary team to modify food preparation methods and menu prices, ensuring alignment with the restaurant's budget and customer preferences.

Staff Performance Monitoring

Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and training to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.

Daily Operations Planning

Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and supply chain logistics.

Staff Supervision

Supervise and mentor staff members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Inventory Management

Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimizing waste.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Event Management

Coordinate and execute events, including catering and private functions, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.

Supervision and Teamwork
  • Team Size

Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members.

Collaboration

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including culinary, marketing, and operations.

Work Environment and Requirements

Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

Work 35 hours per week.
