This full-time role is for a Strategic Human Resources and Payroll Business Partner located in Greater Sudbury, ON. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management.

Daily tasks involve processing payroll, remitting government taxes, maintaining accurate employee records, responding to HR inquiries, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR management, policy development, and employee benefits administration. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in HR software are also essential.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with experience in the industry. Knowledge of payroll systems and unionized environments is a plus.
