Sudbury, Ontario (Hybrid) | $80K–$90K + Bonus & Benefits | Full-time

Join our client's team as an HR Business Partner supporting store operations Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you’ll provide strategic HR support, coach store managers, and drive employee engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You’ll Do:

Advise store managers on HR best practices, employee relations, and compliance.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.

Lead change management and foster a positive workplace culture.

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Provide leadership coaching and drive HR initiatives.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Experience as an HRBP (preferably in retail or multi-site operations).

Strong problem-solving, mediation, and leadership skills.

Knowledge of Ontario labor laws and HR compliance.

Ability to travel up to 35% (Manitoba/Ontario).

Bilingual (English & French) is an asset.
