About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Moneris. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partner financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve collaboration with partner banks.
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the partnership, ensuring seamless delivery of services and projects.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to partner banks, leveraging your knowledge of the payment industry and banking sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop strategic plans for partner banks, aligning on goals and ensuring mutual success.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to partner banks, driving the right discussions and outcomes to deliver referral and close won performance.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the payment industry or banking sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
  • Strong business acumen, with analytical ability to assess the needs to grow the business forward.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority, with a strong understanding of the banking sector and payment industry.
