Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Relationship Management to join our team at TD Merchant Solutions. As a key member of our National Accounts team, you will be responsible for managing and acquiring some of our largest client relationships within the TD Merchant Solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to deepen our merchant relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key bank partners to drive acquisition and retention of merchant relationships
  • Lead a high-performing team across the country, providing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver superior merchant experience results and drive business growth
  • Monitor and maintain risk exposure across our merchant portfolio
Requirements
  • Strategic and long-term mindset with a compelling vision and ability to engage others
  • Strong leadership-level communication skills and organizational awareness
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous spaces and drive change
  • Skilled communication, negotiation, and partnership skills
  • Strong business acumen and proven relationship management experience
  • Previous experience working in merchant solutions, business banking, and/or payments is an asset
