Senior Financial Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Relationship Manager to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier financial advice and solutions to clients in the media industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added financial advice and solutions.
- Apply a continuous-improvement approach to delivering a superior client experience.
- Develop and execute a needs-based sales strategy to grow revenue and deepen client relationships.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial lending and previous banking experience in a relationship management role.
- A post-secondary diploma/degree in commerce or business administration, or related experience.
- Demonstrated success in a business development role, especially with respect to the acquisition of new clients, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Financial statement review and computer modeling and analysis experience.
- Experience with emerging communications and technology.
- Specialized industry expertise in a previous role.
- Post-graduate degree, professional designation, or other relevant industry experience.
- Passion for providing quality advice and fulfilling client needs.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and self-motivation to achieve above-average results.
