Type: Full Time, Permanent

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team as a Desjardins Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet marketing goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively market and sell insurance products

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Property & Casualty license (preferred) and ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Life license within 90 days
