Job Summary

We're seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Southern Ontario. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work with utmost professionalism, and contribute to our mission of helping people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions, including walk-ins and calls
  • Support the Commercial Insurance Account Executive in their duties
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on insurance matters
  • Process and manage commercial paperwork
  • Assist with quotes, review existing coverage, and update customer files
  • Prepare documentation for insurers and complete applications for new clients
  • Process endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments
  • Communicate with insurance companies and negotiate on behalf of customers
Requirements
  • High school and/or post-secondary education
  • 2-5 years of experience in an office environment
  • Commercial insurance experience is an asset
  • RIBO license is an asset
  • Exposure to Epic is an asset
  • Previous sales experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
