Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team as a Desjardins Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet marketing goals
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively market and sell insurance products
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Property & Casualty license (preferred) and ability to obtain within 90 days
- Life license within 90 days
