To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales-driven environments.
- Outstanding understanding of doing outbound calls.
- Google Ads certification (preferred but not required).
- Highly disciplined with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to strategically assess and solve client needs via consultative sales techniques.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to overcome objections by making direct correlations between client needs and products.
- Storytelling capabilities to engage clients and promote marketing strategies.
In this role, you will:
- Consultative B2B sales need assessment for creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies to gain insights and improve Google Ads accounts.
- Arrange meetings with marketing agencies through outbound calls and emails to gather information about clients' businesses and advertising goals.
- Constantly upgrade your Google Ads knowledge through available resources.
- Identify areas of opportunity to maximize spending budget and drive established KPIs.
- Prioritize accounts by revenue and verticals to identify the largest contributors towards KPI target attainment.
- Present and lead meetings with digital marketing agencies.
