Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support the delivery of infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will provide project coordination and control, review designs and construction, and support project managers with routine and non-routine tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project coordination and control, reviewing designs and construction of infrastructure projects.
  • Support project managers with routine and non-routine tasks, including attending meetings and preparing minutes.
  • Monitor project costs and budgets, and prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
  • Review documents, including drawings, reports, and contractor shop drawings.
  • Act as liaison between design teams and project management.
  • Assist in preparation of project schedules and monitor progress of work.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Technical Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience in transportation.
  • 1+ year of Alternative Delivery experience is an asset.
  • Understanding of design and construction standards and regulations.
  • Project coordination experience and project management experience are assets.
