Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading the management of the store, and overseeing employee development. As a key ambassador for the Fendi brand, you will foster strong relationships with clients, drive business growth, and ensure seamless operations within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Performance Management:
- Drive and increase sales performance for overall business through strategic planning and execution.
- Analyze business data, propose, and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales for each product category.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
- Identify new opportunities to attract and retain clients, ensuring market authority and dominance.
- Design and deliver events and incentives to grow the business, working closely with the merchandising team to ensure optimal stock levels and assortment management.
- Foster a positive sales floor environment, empowering sales staff to meet assigned sales targets through authentic client engagement.

Client Management:
- Lead customer service quality initiatives, mentoring the team to deliver excellent customer experiences that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Develop dedicated Fendi customers, utilizing CRM tools and maintaining a comprehensive customer database.
- Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening/forming relationships with VIP clientele/prospect customers.
- Improve Mystery Shop Results through targeted action plans and initiatives.
- Cultivate a strong private appointment culture, enhancing the overall client experience.

Administrative & Operations Management:
- Ensure alignment and partnership between front-of-house and back-of-house teams, promoting efficient store operations.
- Complete vital administrative tasks in a timely manner, including crafting staff work schedules and ensuring appropriate store coverage.
- Control costs and optimize operations, submitting sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company metrics and policies.
- Maintain accurate cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and shrink requirements, ensuring full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures, prioritizing health and safety protocol and processes.

Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain merchandising standards, ensuring bestsellers are prominently displayed at all times.

Team Management:
- Foster an encouraging and positive environment, developing and empowering staff through goal setting, performance monitoring, and regular feedback sessions.
- Implement company policies while adhering to accurate disciplinary procedures, ensuring a fair and supportive work environment.
- Proactively assess performance and growth potential of individual staff members, identifying training needs and promoting career paths.

Qualifications


- Minimum 5 years' related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results; goal-oriented individual with excellent social skills.
- Ability to utilize POS system and its inventory management functions.
- RTW experience preferred; foreign language skills a plus.
- Organizational and digital literacy required; flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
