About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including free parking and 38 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and manage sales workers to duties to meet customer needs
  • Autorize return of merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient store operations
  • Sell merchandise effectively to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare and analyze reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a professional manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent losses and improve stock rotation
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of office and volunteer staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
