**Job Summary**

Première Moisson is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaning and Sanitizing Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform industrial cleaning and sanitizing tasks according to established procedures and protocols.
  • Assemble and disassemble equipment according to washing and sanitizing programs.
  • Inspect cleaned equipment and report any non-conformities to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Ensure the proper condition and operation of all equipment and work tools used in washing and sanitizing operations.
  • Communicate any equipment non-conformity to immediate supervisor.
  • Perform various sanitation-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (DES) or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years' experience in food safety or a related field (an asset).
  • Training in cleaning and sanitation (an asset).
  • Knowledge of WHMIS (an asset).
  • Must be physically fit to perform manual work.
  • Be vigilant, reliable, and autonomous.
  • Ability to communicate orally in French or English.
  • Have a sense of initiative/team spirit and be able to pass it on.
  • Good manual dexterity.
