Job Title: Sanitation Operator-Washer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sanitation Operator-Washer to join our team at Première Moisson in Baie d'Urfé. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out housekeeping in various departments, equipment, and machines according to established procedures.
  • Assemble and disassemble equipment according to washing and sanitizing programs.
  • Inspect cleaned equipment and report any non-conformities to ensure corrective action is taken.
  • Ensure the proper condition and operation of all equipment and work tools used in washing and sanitizing operations.
  • Communicate any equipment non-conformity to immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma (DES)
  • 1-3 years' experience in food safety (an asset)
  • Training in cleaning and sanitation (an asset)
  • Knowledge of WHMIS (an asset)
  • Must be physically fit to perform manual work
  • Be vigilant, reliable, and autonomous
  • Ability to communicate orally in French or English
  • Have a sense of initiative/team spirit and be able to pass it on
  • Good manual dexterity
