Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Sales Director to join our team at NEOSUN Energy Company. As a Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our global sales team and driving revenue growth across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales managers and sales professionals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience in the renewable energy industry
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing global sales teams
  • Experience in building global sales teams from scratch and creating a matrix structure
  • Project management experience to cover the whole sales cycle
  • Deep and extensive knowledge of the solar energy market and technical product capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in an international environment
  • Professional networking and stakeholder's partnerships in the renewable energy business environment
  • Experience in large and medium-sized commercial organizations, knowledge of modern methodologies and practices
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of sales negotiation, ethics, and integrity
  • Fluent or native English is required (C1+)
  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related discipline is an advantage
