We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Sales Director to join our team at NEOSUN Energy Company. As a Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our global sales team and driving revenue growth across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales managers and sales professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
- Develop and manage sales forecasts and reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience in the renewable energy industry
- 3-5 years of experience in managing global sales teams
- Experience in building global sales teams from scratch and creating a matrix structure
- Project management experience to cover the whole sales cycle
- Deep and extensive knowledge of the solar energy market and technical product capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in an international environment
- Professional networking and stakeholder's partnerships in the renewable energy business environment
- Experience in large and medium-sized commercial organizations, knowledge of modern methodologies and practices
- Ability to maintain the highest level of sales negotiation, ethics, and integrity
- Fluent or native English is required (C1+)
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related discipline is an advantage
