Director of Sales Opportunity

At Trip Ninja Inc, we're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the EMEA region. As our Director of Sales, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to set and achieve sales targets
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to create and distribute sales collateral and resources
  • Represent Trip Ninja at international trade events
  • Provide customer feedback to inform product and marketing decisions
  • Deliver individual and team sales quotas through client and team management
  • Expand and mentor the sales team
  • Establish processes and improvements to support sales efforts
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B technology enterprise sales experience, with travel industry experience preferred
  • Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot preferred)
  • Good understanding of business financials, with broad experience in budget planning, management, and forecasting
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required, with any additional major language an advantage
  • Strong network in the traveling business at all levels
