About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales Director to join our team at Trip Ninja Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to set and maintain budgeted sales targets.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and distribute sales collateral and resources.
  • Represent Trip Ninja at international trade events and conferences.
  • Provide customer feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Deliver individual and team sales quotas through effective client and team management.
  • Expand and mentor the sales team to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Establish processes and improvements to support sales efforts across the organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B technology enterprise sales experience, with travel industry experience preferred.
  • Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot preferred).
  • Good understanding of business financials, with broad experience in budget planning, management, and forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required, but any additional major language an advantage.
  • Strong network in the travel industry at all levels.
