We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our global sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and mentoring our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Director of Operations to set and achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with our Head of Marketing to create and distribute sales collateral and resources
  • Represent Trip Ninja at international trade events and conferences
  • Provide valuable customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Deliver individual and team sales quotas through effective client and team management
  • Expand and mentor our sales team to drive growth and success
  • Establish processes and improvements to support sales efforts across the organization

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B technology enterprise sales experience, with travel industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required, with additional languages an asset
  • Strong network in the travel industry at all levels
