Global Sales Director

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our global sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and mentoring our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Director of Operations to set and achieve sales targets
- Work closely with our Head of Marketing to create and distribute sales collateral and resources
- Represent Trip Ninja at international trade events and conferences
- Provide valuable customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Deliver individual and team sales quotas through effective client and team management
- Expand and mentor our sales team to drive growth and success
- Establish processes and improvements to support sales efforts across the organization
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B technology enterprise sales experience, with travel industry experience preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required, with additional languages an asset
- Strong network in the travel industry at all levels
