We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team at Trip Ninja Inc, a pioneering travel technology company. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our global client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Director of Operations to set and achieve sales targets, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with our Head of Marketing to develop and distribute sales collateral, including webinars, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Represent Trip Ninja Inc at international trade events, showcasing our innovative travel solutions.
  • Provide valuable customer feedback to our Product and Marketing teams, informing the development of our technology.
  • Lead and mentor our sales team, driving individual and team performance to meet sales quotas.
  • Establish processes and improvements to support sales efforts across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with global clients, with a focus on EMEA sales.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B technology enterprise sales experience, with a strong background in the travel industry.
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • Excellent understanding of business financials, including budget planning, management, and forecasting.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, with any additional major language an asset.
  • A strong network in the travel industry at all levels.
