Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Ozone West Wellness Limited (AKA NORTHUMBERLAND HEIGHTS WELLNESS RETREAT AND SPA). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of food and beverage services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking to perform job duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
