Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Ozone West Wellness Limited (AKA NORTHUMBERLAND HEIGHTS WELLNESS RETREAT AND SPA). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional food and beverage services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our services and attract new customers.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
As a Food and Beverage Service Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
