Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content and Social Media Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. This role will be pivotal in growing our customer funnel in Canada and the US through digital content and social media. The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating brand visibility and strengthening market positioning by ensuring cohesive and consistent messaging across all digital content and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more, driving engagement and audience growth.
Perform keyword research to craft and optimize web content, including blog posts, product descriptions, landing pages, and general website copy.
Work closely with the marketing team to produce engaging, high-quality content for digital channels, aligning with overall marketing goals.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance website performance and improve organic search rankings.
Manage the content and social media calendar, ensuring timely delivery and consistent online presence.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in content creation, SEO strategy, and social media management. Solid understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and factors influencing rankings is essential. Expertise with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, or similar platforms is also required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a creative thinker who can deliver innovative and captivating content ideas, and strong analytical skills are a must.
