About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Lo Food Enterprises Incorporated. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop methods to meet work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain high-quality food and service standards.
  • Cost Control: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular inspections and addressing customer complaints promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum educational requirement for the position.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on food service management.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position offering 32 hours of work per week in a fast-paced environment. You will be working with a diverse team to deliver exceptional food and service experiences.
